PDD Inc. is the original designer and the manufacturer of the Displays (HI Part# C-2042) and the Keypads (HI Part# C-702C) used on many of the older models of Case Packer equipment manufactured by Hartness International. PDD Inc. can provide testing and repair services for both part numbers.
We can repair all issues with these units including:

• Circuit Board and Electronic Component Repair and Replacement
• Keypad Front Membrane Replacement
• Display Front Glass Display Replacement

Repair Request / Evaluation:

If you have one of these units that you would like evaluated and repaired, please follow
the procedure below:

1. Email PDD Inc. [email protected] with a description of the units to be repaired
   and the serial numbers.
2. Upon confirmation of service request, ship the units using either UPS or FedEx to PDD Inc. at the address below:

3. We will evaluate the received units and generate a quote for repair.
4. We will invoice for the repairs plus shipping using PayPal Invoicing prior to
   shipping unless other arrangements are made.

PDD Inc. does not sell new units. If you need to purchase a new unit, please contact the
